§ Canmore (AB) Scots Gathering at various locations around Canmore. Sponsored by St Andrews Caledonian Society/RSCDS - Calgary Branch. SCD Teachers are Pat Houghton, Evelyn Nixon, Fiona Carnie. Music by Ron Krugg, Lisa Scott and Mary Ross. Come celebrate and be part of Scottish culture with classes on Scottish studies, Chorale music, needlework, whiskey tasting, Gaelic language, piping, Scottish Country Dance music and more. Dance classes include- highland, long sword, Cape Breton Step, and of course Scottish Country Dancing. Classes run Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning. Ceilidh on Sat evening and Ball on Sunday. Classes-casual attire, Ceilidh- Business casual attire, Ball-highland formal attire.
